Program Service
Provide a “program manager” and support team to work with you throughout the planning and implementation of this program
Make sure that all aspects of the approved even plan and schedule are delivered in a high quality manner and in accordance with the established deadlines
Communicate on a regular basis or present written progress reports as needed executing of their portions of the event (i.e. Hotel, Transportation, Tickets, Audio-Visual, Banquets, Photographer, Printers, etc.)
Monitor hotel contracts to ensure that contract precisions are adhered to. Monitor room allocations and assign rooms per your direction
